Yes, 100%. The entire system operates within your own Google account. The Fleet Command Center file is your private copy, and the data from your driver forms is stored directly in your private file.
By default, no. Drivers simply tap the form link on their phone and submit — no login, no app, no Google account required. It works like any standard web form.
However, if you want to know exactly which driver submitted each report, you can enable "Collect email addresses" in your form settings. With this option on, drivers will need to sign in with a Google account (a free Gmail account is enough) before submitting. This gives you a full accountability trail showing who logged what and when.
The choice is yours — run it open for simplicity, or enable email tracking for full accountability.

Open the Fleet_Setup tab and type your vehicle names in column A — one per row. Drivers enter the vehicle name as free text when submitting a service log. If you prefer a dropdown list instead, you can switch to that at any time — the Setup Guide explains how.
