Refund Policy
Summary: Because the Fleet Maintenance Command Center is a digital product delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, if the product does not work as described, we will make it right.
1. Digital Product Policy
The Fleet Maintenance Command Center is a digital product (a Google Sheets template and PDF User Guide) that is made available to you immediately upon purchase. Because the product is delivered and accessible instantly, and because it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, all sales are generally final.
2. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund
We will gladly issue a full refund in the following situations:
- The product was not delivered: You did not receive your download email within a reasonable time and we were unable to resolve the issue.
- The product is not as described: The product does not function as described on our website, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate purchase: You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at:
Please include your order number (found in your Paddle receipt email) and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
As Paddle is our Merchant of Record, all refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf. You can also contact Paddle directly via the link in your receipt email.
4. EU & UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once access to the product has begun.
If you do not wish to waive this right, do not open or access the product during the 14-day cooling-off period and contact us to request a withdrawal.
5. What We Cannot Refund
We are unable to issue refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after accessing the product
- You purchased the product by mistake but have already accessed it
- The product does not integrate with a third-party service we do not support
- More than 7 days have passed since your purchase date
