We collect minimal personal information. Specifically:
- Purchase information: When you buy our product, your payment and personal details (name, email, billing address) are collected and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. We receive only your email address for the purpose of delivering the product and providing support.
- Support communications: If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
- Website analytics: Our website may collect standard analytics data (pages visited, browser type, approximate location) through tools such as Google Analytics. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
2. What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or store payment card information. All payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle. We do not have access to your card number, CVV, or bank details.
Once you copy the Google Sheets product into your own Google Drive, all data you enter into the system is stored entirely within your own Google account. We have no access to your fleet data whatsoever.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your email address solely to:
- Deliver your purchased product
- Respond to support requests
- Send important product updates (very infrequently, if at all)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Paddle.com Market Ltd — Payment processing and order fulfilment. See Paddle’s Privacy Policy.
- Google LLC — The product is delivered via Google Sheets and Google Forms. Use of these tools is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Hostinger — Website hosting. Subject to Hostinger’s Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies
Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience and to collect anonymous analytics data. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to purchase or use our product.
