Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using the Fleet Maintenance Command Center. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Fleet Command Systems is operated by an individual seller (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Our website is located at fleetco.io. For support, contact us at: support@fleetco.io.
2. The Product
The Fleet Maintenance Command Center is a digital product consisting of a Google Sheets template and accompanying PDF User Guide. It is designed to help small business owners track vehicle maintenance, log driver activity, and manage fleet expenses. The product is delivered as a digital download immediately following payment.
The product is not a SaaS application, subscription service, or software installation. It operates entirely within the buyer’s own Google account.
3. Payment & Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders placed on this website. Your payment, invoice, and receipt will be issued by Paddle, not by Fleet Command Systems. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own internal business purposes. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the product with third parties
- Use the product to create a competing product
- Remove or alter any copyright notices
The product is licensed, not sold. Fleet Command Systems retains all intellectual property rights.
5. Digital Delivery
Your PDF User Guide will be delivered by email immediately after payment is confirmed. The guide contains a secure link to access and copy the Google Sheets template into your own Google Drive. A Google account is required to use the product.
If you do not receive your delivery email within 30 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder and contact us at support@fleetco.io.
6. Refund Policy
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. As this is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The product is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the product will meet every specific business requirement or that it will be error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the product.
The Fleet Maintenance Command Center is an organizational tool and does not constitute legal, compliance, or regulatory advice. It is your responsibility to ensure your fleet operations comply with applicable laws and DOT regulations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fleet Command Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction applicable to your location and the terms of Paddle’s Merchant of Record agreement.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the product following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
